I've been following a vegan diet for several years now, a lot of people ask me about it, so I thought I'd dedicate a blog post sharing my tips, to help those who want to change their diet entirely vegan or simply towards a more plant based diet :)

When I discovered meditation, my life changed. I recommend meditation for everyone. We live in such a busy and fast paced world, it feels so good to take time to rest your mind and body. Meditation helps me sleep better, stress less, focus more, and overall feel happier :) I am so thankful that I discovered and placed meditation into my life.
