rushing around in the morning? feel like you don't have the time to apply makeup or take a deep breath? I have been there. here are five ways that I got out of the morning rush...
set your alarm 10 minutes earlier
I know it’s pretty basic, but you can apply makeup, do yoga, spend quality time with your significant other, etc. if you only had 10 extra minutes in the morning! don't risk your beauty sleep though ;)
avoid touching your phone
avoid look through your emails, endlessly scroll on instagram, get distracted in tik tok videos. this takes time and energy away from your morning.
write out your to-do list the night before
do you get anxious and feel overwhelmed in the mornings? running around saying to yourself ‘what do I have to do today? don’t forget to do this and this and this…”
this can be distracting and emotionally draining. try writing out your to do list the night before, so you head into the day with a clear mind and plan :)
prepare ahead of time
prepare your breakfast, your outfits, your kids, your pets, your plants... whatever and who ever you have to take care of in the morning, try your best to do whatever you can do the night before!
organize your space
